
CLUB OFFICIAL ELECTION PROCESS
Nominations for the posts of club vice captains, committee member positions of treasurer (biennial position started 2016), competition secretary and social secretary open on the 1st December every year and close on the 31st December. Any nominations after this date will not be recognised.
The full list of nominations with their sypnosis will then be posted on the Intelligentgolf website for the members to vote on during the month of January. Voting for all positions will close on midnight of the 31st January and any nominations after this date will not be recognised. Once nominations are closed the committee and club officials will then contact all nominees with the results and the successful applicants will be announced at the Tracy Park Golf Club A.G.M. at the end of March.
If you wish to be nominated for any of the above positions, firstly you must be eligable to represent your relevant section within the club and you need to forward your name to James Tuck via email on jamestuck@tracypark.co.uk with a sypnosis of yourself, which role you wish to apply for, why you wish to apply for it and why the members should vote for you.
